Is her accent in Game of Thrones her natural accent?

I'm not very good at distinguishing accents. I haven't seen Downton Abbey and I've only seen clips of interviews with her, but it seems like she puts on a bit of a different accent on Game of Thrones.

Thoughts? I can't figure it out.

In GOT she sounds like she would fit well in Shameless when it was on which is set in Manchester but being from Aberdeen Scotland where I was born and live I can safely say she has completely lost that part of her.
