Be honest, he plays the same character in every show you see him in

I used to love workaholics, then I saw the new season and I was like ugh

Then I caught him on the new episode of Community, He plays the same goddamn character as on Workaholics and I know it wasn't a crossover episode or anything. Watch the new Episode of community, its not acting if your doing the same thing but on a different show.

Blake was on community for the episode with celebrity impersonators aswell as on Curb your Enthusiasm, and he can auctually act, sure the hair made you think of him in Workaholics, but he ACTED like a different person in each of those roles

He's a one dimensional douche. He will play the same character and act exactly the same in anything he's in.

He was more of an ass in Pitch Perfect and it didn't feel the same to me at all.

The character is different, the acting is exactly the same.

He plays the same character because he's a comedian and that's his schtick. He's not trying to be a great actor, yes trying to be funny. If I see him on another show, I expect him to be this guy.
