Be honest, he plays the same character in every show you see him in

I used to love workaholics, then I saw the new season and I was like ugh

Then I caught him on the new episode of Community, He plays the same goddamn character as on Workaholics and I know it wasn't a crossover episode or anything. Watch the new Episode of community, its not acting if your doing the same thing but on a different show.

Blake was on community for the episode with celebrity impersonators aswell as on Curb your Enthusiasm, and he can auctually act, sure the hair made you think of him in Workaholics, but he ACTED like a different person in each of those roles

This. I was watching Pitch Perfect 2 and thinking how his character on Modern Family is almost polar opposite to Bumper.
Someone else said that he's a comedian and therefore not a good actor, I'd like to second that as I've noticed a lot of comedians struggle with acting.
However, I think he's good in both MF and Pitch Perfect.
