Unfortunately she might be another case of Anna Paquin syndrome

The preview scenes of her in R&J look pitiful and Ender's Game doesn't offer much cause for optimism, either. Might well be another case of the Academy irrationally falling in love with a kid actor who comes out of nowhere and steals the show in some artsy Oscar-bait film without really considering the possibility that their performance was a fluke (as in they simply cast a kid who had the exact personality profile that made them perfect for that role and that role alone). And that's where they peak because they simply don't have the range to really impress in other roles.

I hope she proves me wrong because she seems like a good kid, but right now I'm not particularly optimistic about her career for the foreseeable future.
