Yes, he's very good looking. And he seems like a very nice guy. But he can't act that well. I'm watching Switched at Birth right now and he's making me cringe. In Breaking Bad he was much better, I wonder why his acting got worse with SaB.

I don't think he annoyed many viewers
He did and does, look around on the Breaking Bad forum. Basically everybody makes fun of him and views him as completely annoying.
I don't even know a single person who thinks that Walt Jr. adds anything positive to the Show. The "Actor" is...well...he should look for a different job, honestly, he completely sucks.
The character is horribly annoying, completely unneccessary and just a pain in the ass every time he sho...sho...shows up, only to either ask for breakfast or to complain while coming across as a complete retard.
It's the one big flaw in the Show. I think Breaking Bad would've been better if the White's had no child but Skyler gets pregnant in the first few episodes, driving Walt into this life of crime.
