After the failure of his 2016 run, he’s trying again. It looks like he will rely on New Hampshire to give him momentum, just as he did last time (he finished 6th in NH last time)

He won't make it but he might land some much needed blows against Trump. Could be working as a proxy for DeSantis who's too chicken-shit to fight his own battles.
