Okay, why has nobody started a topic on her boob job?!! As we all know she has made her boobs bigger that's for sure. If you are a bigger lady people won't raise their eyebrows because it looks natural, than if you are a thin girl But Gemma has made a breast enlargement!!! She has also done a nosejob. I can't stand her fake boobs. Natural woman are more beautiful. Everyone can get a boob job and she is fake.

That's what everybody says when a woman has fuller obviously larger breasts, that she has just gained weights! now, in her case boobs doesn't get that much bigger for putting on a little weight! She has obviously done a boob job. Don't deny it! There are woman looking like her who gain weight but there boob don't explode. And no, her boobs was not as big when she wa syounger as they are today!

Hear boobs would be more flat and saggier today 12 years after that pic, but they aren't! It's the opposite, they were saggier 12 years ago.
I think she has done a breast lift for sure, and also made an small enlargement for sure.
If that 14yr old picture is accurate, she probably got them reduced. That's a busty 14yr old. She was chubby there however and probably a lot shorter. She's 5'7" now and she's definitely lost weight. The breast are mostly fat anyways, so they probably not a bit smaller after she got taller and thinned out.
I definitely don't think she had any boob job though. Her puppies look real to me. When they are fake, they usually have more roundness and are higher up.
In Hansel and Gretelher breasts almost looked pornstar size, too extreme Gemma too extreme.
