Maybe they look a little alike but in the end Gemma is a beautiful woman, KK is fat and doesn't look good, except if you are into (very) cheap women with no dignity. Gemma is talented and Kim Kardashian is not...Gemma has class, KK is gross...
So yeah I can see a bit of physical ressemblance but it is like comparing Jennifer Lawrence to Amanda Bynes cause they both have strong cheeks.

She is beautiful and talented.
