Was PoP her peak?

She's had twenty five IMDb credits and plenty of celebrated theatre work since then, so you can't have been looking or listening too closely.

After she was a Bond Girl in QoS I was really expecting her to take off. She was so hot with the red bob. She's done some big movies but it hasn't completely worked out.

Not at all. She rocked in Byzantium, which is a completely different league from the video game trifle.

Gemma Arterton seems to be one of those actors who mixes stage work with smaller, more interesting films. I like what she does but I wonder if one day she'll choose some of the big budget projects I assume she gets offered now and then.

Probably the peak for her. Since that time she's floundered around in lower budget movies and now father time is starting to show so that will make it even more difficult for her to get parts in the higher profile movies.

She was in The King's Man as a major character and Ralph Fiennes' implied love interest. That's a fairly high-profile role. Too bad the movie flopped.
