Did the SAG screw this one up or what? There are literally thousands of active actors and actresses who modify or entirely change their names because the original one is already used by an active member.

She is registered with the SAG as "Peyton List".
The original one is registered in the SAG as "Peyton Elizabeth List". Since her career started first she never bothered to go by her full name.
