Slavic look is good if you want to play Russian mobster, but not leading man.
shareHe isn't even Slavic though. If you want to see a Slavic actor look at Eric Bana, he is %100 Croatian. Another actor of Slavic heritage is Cary Elwes. Both of them have been iconic leading men.
