I don't see her as Poison Ivy. Ivy should have something of Rita Hayworth about her. All Gillan's got is red hair.

I think Jessica Chastain is probably the best choice of the current crop of actresses. When she wore that green dress to the oscars she immediately reminded me of Poison Ivy. She looks the part and is a capable actress. She couldn't match the sexiness of a prime Rita but she'd come closer than Karen Gillan in my opinion.
