kelee,
I agree with you that Armie's nose looks different in each photo. However, I do question your judgment in initiating gossip. There's no benefit in spreading an opinion that's disguised as fact but is really based on an uninformed perception.
Some basic facts about photography and publicity shots that you may or may not know.
1) The angle of a person's face affects the photo's shadowing and the way facial feature proportions are captured.
2) Lighting is essential in how a camera captures image details.
3) Publicity shots are almost always edited before released to the public. The editing process depends on the purpose, e.g., style magazine images go through a much more complex editing phase than images taken at red carpet events for entertainment news.
Now... look closely at these stillshots of Armie taken from each film.
- 2010: The Social Network: http://www.bsckids.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Armie-Hammer-The-Soc ial-Network.jpg
- 2013: The Lone Ranger: http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1849861376/nm2309517
Note how each shot's angle and shadowing reveal the natural shape of Armie's nose. That gentle curve of his nose's bridge -- what you called "a hump" -- is a detail not captured in most of his photos, even those taken from slightly different angles like LaneyBoggs examples above.
In short, Armie did NOT get a nose job.
Besides, cosmetic surgery is a significant risk for any male actor. Nearly everyone, including Armie, has facial features that diverge from the "ideal", but for those with careers that involve continual scrutiny of their appearance, natural is far more preferable. One example: Mickey Rourke. 'Nuff said.
