Armie has had a nose job! Check out his picks from J.Edgar and how he looks now.... his nose is much more feminine and fine now. Before, it had a hump and was larger! I barely recognized him on Conan the other night.
I preferred him before the nose job. He was more interesting then....more masculine.
Armand needed that schnoz job because he got great-grampa Armand Hammer the oil tycoon and Communist's big beak as well as his name and his share of the millions. The name and millions that allowed him to get breaks in Hollyweird that all the scores of other 6'5" equivalent, unknown and unconnected, wannabees don't get.

I agree that Armie's looks has changed slightly throughout his career, but that's because he is maturing like the rest of us. Look closely; he has the same nose, but the context--his overall facial proportions--is changing naturally.
He's still blooming into his prime years in terms of looks, and apparently he won the lottery gene for Classically Handsome.
