Of course she is real. She just has beautiful skin - and the photographer captured a nice image of her.

i actually work at a gym where she goes and her skin is actually that flawless and i see her without makeup

No, that picture does look really, really fake. The other ones of her aren't nearly that bad, but whoever took the over-the-shoulder one should have realized how strong the light was and how much they over airbrushed the skin. I don't think it makes her any less pretty normally, but that one photo is creepy.
