It honestly feels a little creepy.

Her and Jane Krakowski weren't in the original Pilot. They were both brought in to replace actresses that the network didn't approve of. Their scenes were filmed at a much later date and then edited into the final Pilot that aired in October, meaning she was probably 18 at the time of filming...if that matters.

Though, I'm 22, less than a year older than she is, and I find it odd that her 18 year old self was being used for a character whose entire basis is her sex appeal.

I think they were going for really young looking. I don't know how old her character is supposed to be, but I think the fact that she looks young adds to the whole "Lutz and Frank are sleaze balls" thing.

Not so much a prude, as rather bizarre, especially since you're only a couple years older. Point is, they needed someone really young, the job she has is that of someone who is really young. How would some 40 year old look as a receptionist/assistant/completely unskilled worker?
