NOT over a 9.8, because there's always room for improvment.
So... Stupid people are not allowed to watch Starkid? Wow.. Okay? I didn't know that it was an IQ requirement to enjoy the videos that Starkid upload. I guess we should go check all the Starkids and give them an IQ test then, eh? Just to make sure that they all fit your requirements..
And if you were to play along with the OP then don't you think it would be better to make it MORE obvious so that others don't make the same mistake? There are such a thing as 'feelers' you know?
