Really? Islam, Christianity, and Judaism are fundamentally similar religions. I don't want to get into a topic on religion, but you don't seem very informed about it or have many Muslim friends, so your perception of it is, in your own words, "pretty bad."

Islam is a religion, not an ideology. Unless Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, et cetera are all ideologies to you, then it's fine. Otherwise you're being a disgusting Islamophobe.

It is both an ideology and a religion. And yes the same can be said about the other religions you mentioned.

Just because its a religion doesn't mean it should be off limits in the discussion of ideas. I'm also against socialism but my socialist friends don't try to silence me by yelling "hate speech" whenever I express my opinion on it.

Being a Muslim is a choice so its hardly the same as being born into a race. Islamophobe is the most meaningless idiotic term ever made. The only goal of it is to silence people.

I don't have any Muslim friends but my best friend is a former Muslim and an Arab.

Btw the main reason why I'm not a fan of Islam is because of what it does to Muslims. All the *beep* happening in Europe right now is depressing, but the most damage it does is in Muslim countries. My main dislike is the oppression of women, which is mainstream in the Islamic world. Then of course you have Islamic terrorism, which happens daily, mostly in Muslim countries.
