Classsified documents in Pence home

Vice President Mike Pence informed Congress Tuesday that he discovered documents bearing classified markings in his Carmel, Indiana, home on Jan. 16 from his time as vice president.

Following the revelations that classified documents from President Biden's tenure as vice president were found at the Penn Biden Center think tank and Wilmington, Delaware, the vice president's team conducted searches of Pence's Indiana home and the office of his political advocacy group, Advancing American Freedom.

I'd say it is a safe bet that any former president or VP probably has some improperly stored classified documents at their homes after leaving office.

The feds need to change the way they control this stuff. I know if I, with a secret clearance, was to handle classified material the way these clowns (Biden, Trump Pence) do, I'd be tying to pay bail to get out of jail instead of talking to reporters about how it never happened or that I want my stuff back.

The full cooperation of Pres. Biden, and now Mike Pence, makes tRump's situation look even worse. Remember, the FBI raided Mar-A-Lago because tRump would not cooperate. He refused to return the classified documents.

reply

IMO the more people found with classified docs.. the more and more ridiculous the sudden raid at Mar a Lago looks.

reply

The difference is that Biden and Pence (or their people) found classified documents at the house and arranged to have them turned in.

Trump spent months delaying the return of documents, so the FBI raided his place.

The way Trump reacted was completely different from the way Biden and Pence reacted.

But yeah, it is completely screwed up and these people need to be held accountable, all of them.

Maybe this will make the 2024 race more interesting if Biden, Trump, and Pence are all taken out of the equation.

reply

I can only hope it will

reply

I don't recall Biden or Pence making up all these excuses after the docs were found at their place, do you? It's like you can't put two and two together. I can see why you would vote for him.

Shredders sold out at all DC Office Depots®️.

As long as they’re career politicians, we can trust them.
