Well, if this glitch was actually intentional punishment for Carrie daring to sing at Trump's inauguration, she sure turned that around in a hurry. Wow, never a fan but I'm impressed.
You can bet that someone on the audio team has already been told, YOU'RE FIRED!, indirectly from Trump.
shareAfter they'd all been standing there for about a minute, a guy walked up to Underwood and said something. Apparently he asked her if she knew the words to the song. Her answer was barely audible, but she said "if I didn't know the words, I wouldn't be here." Then she started singing acapella. Very impressive.
