Why does he look so sad?

I imagine being crucified rather takes the gloss off things.

Ever been murdered by your Father? I’m sure it’s heartbreaking.

Haven't you noticed that in Bible movies all the Christians are sad, walk slowly, and never use contractions.

He sees the state of the world today and realises getting crucified/dying for our sins was all for nothing.

I have been sick lately and read about why diarrhea exists. I have also been going to the gym a lot to get my body heat up to kill what is making me sick.

I was musing before that god must be constantly disappointed with us.

Diarrhea is caused because SOMEHOW our bodies sense we are sick, then some mechanism is activated and our intestines become more porous, letting in water from our body. That is meant to wash infected material out of our body quickly.

Meanwhile we are just grossed out and want meds to stop pooping. God is up there looking at us telling us not to take the meds and keep pooping because he invented diarrhea to help us! But, we don't bother to find out what's it's for and just get disgusted.

No one wants to exercise but he invented it raising our body heat so we don't get really sick.

He is sad for a reason.

I think He looks sad because his father ordered him to be crucified. I would be sad too...

Probably because, as usual, he's depicted as a white guy...
