Should they send a message that random killings are unacceptable.

My Prediction: Mangione is white and will be convicted and executed. Probably twice, just to make sure.

Meanwhile, Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, an illegal immigrant, who set that homeless woman on fire and killed her on the subway, will be acquitted, given U.S. Citizenship and a lifetime taxpayer-provided income.

It's New York City, after all.

The chair should be saved for the most vile of vile killers. The likes of Bundy and Dahmer, ect.
