You're not a princess, get over yourself!

I've read a great deal about Meghan after the past year, and she's about as much of a princess as Anastasia was in that cartoon movie.

One reason she's been mis-labeled as a "princess" is due to the idiots in the press (as well as the duchess herself) following that childish, fairy-tale belief that once you marry a prince, you automatically become a princess. Doesn't work that way in real life, morons.

First off, the guy she married is 6th in line for the throne, meaning that Meghan will never be Queen of England, much as she'd love to have that kind of authority and wealth. (Thank you GOD it isn't that easy to become Queen in England!) And the more children William and Kate have, the further back Harry gets pushed from ever becoming king. Chances are, he will die with the title of Prince on his tombstone. That also means, Harry is not the wealthiest of the royals, nor is he given the same treatment as William and Charles. In fact, nearly all of the money among the Senior Royals (the Queen's immediate family) is controlled by the Queen herself.

Second, the only way you become a princess in today's British Monarchy, is to be born with the title, and even then, you're not guaranteed a chance to become Queen, or being super-rich and having a lot of power. In fact, there are two princesses who are sisters and cousins of William and Harry, whose family had fallen on hard times financially, and showed up with the Dr. Seuss hats on the day of William and Kate's wedding to get press attention, as well as make a pretty penny selling those hats later.

Third, among British royalty, due to the proliferation of relatives, there's a major pecking order. Being married to a prince (particularly if you're a commoner to start with) does not guarantee you will have the title of Princess. Even Kate Middleton does not have that kind of honor. Best she got was Duchess and "Royal Consort." Even then, she does not wield very much power. Everyone in the immediate royal family is still subject to the whims of Queen Elizabeth II. You don't do anything major without her consent, and that includes getting permission to wear crowns to certain occasions.

Meghan came in, thinking she'd hit the jackpot by securing Prince Harry's hand in marriage, and learned otherwise when it came to being subject to the Queen. She had already been spoiled by fame from Hollywood, raised in a shallow, liberal, leftist environment in so'Cal that treated black and mixed people with kid gloves, and many people have reported on her arrogant bitchiness. Don't be fooled by those smiles she offers the camera. Several of her staff quit working for her in the year after she got married, and on the day of her dress fitting, she actually made both Kate and her daughter Charlotte cry! What kind of a bitch does that to her future in-laws?!

She also demanded a crown with emeralds to wear on her wedding day, and the Queen got very annoyed. She finally put her foot down and said "She will wear whatever I give her!" and the new Duchess got a platinum crown to wear on her wedding day. I find it rather satisfying to hear one of those cousin princesses I mentioned got to wear a crown with emeralds on her wedding day instead. Imagine how much Meghan gnashed her teeth over that one! She then demanded to wear a tiara to some charity event, and Prince Charles told her wearing a crown in front of Filipinos who had suffered from a major earthquake and had lost a lot was very inappropriate, hence why Meg ended up wearing a hat better suited for WWII nurses.

She and Harry have been through at least two nannies so far, claiming they needed to find the right one for their new baby, but the truth is, I suspect the first two left because they couldn't stand Meg. That, and for a while, the Queen "banished" them to a country home so her new daughter-in-law wouldn't clash as much with the rest of the family in London or get as much press coverage. There appeared to be a rift between Meg and Kate for a while, and I can see why. It's basically a showdown between an entitled bitch, and a true lady. You can guess who's gonna ultimately win, considering the entitled one isn't on her home turf in southern CA anymore. She can't just order people around and wave away people she doesn't like anymore, and not everyone in England is gonna kiss her ass just because of her heritage. It's nice to see someone like that get fed humble pie once in a while, and boy does she need a lot of it.

She's made up with the Queen lately, but time will tell if she becomes a better person or not. I doubt it, though.

Harry's a dickhead. People have wanted to topple the British Royal family forever, but without success. I think Harry will succeed where others have failed. He's the archetypal snake in the woodpile.

I actually realized there were two key reasons he was allowed to marry Meghan at all:

1.) The laws of royal marriage were changed in the early 2000s, probably no doubt due to the Diana Effect. Before that, members of the royal family could not marry anyone who had been divorced previously, unless they were willing to give up their title, and everything that went with it. That was actually how Elizabeth got to be Queen in the first place. Her uncle was a big brat who wanted to marry Wallis Simpson, despite the fact that she had been twice divorced previously. Eventually the law won out, and he abdicated. Then her dad got to be King, and when he passed away, she became Queen.

2.) From what I heard, between the two brothers, William did what he was told, but Harry was the maverick. Some even would say he was the party animal of the pair. I have no doubt that if the Queen had told him "no" when he asked to marry Meghan, he probably would have run off with her, eloped, and caused a scandal. Plus, the Queen didn't have the law on her side anymore to back her up. So it was better to have an official, legitimate wedding than the embarrass the Royal Family any further.

Yes. She had to capitulate, regrettably. And that, in my opinion, was just the first shot in Harry's campaign. He won't stop there. It's easy to envisage more shenanigans and incidents involving him in the years to come. His wife will insist on it. And he'll be only too happy to oblige. He's in that unique position to chip away at the British Monarchy, and he obviously has the mindset and temperament to do it.

No doubt he really thinks that life will somehow be better if he succeeds. Like all "rebels", he's short-sighted. He only has one goal, and he can't see past the achieving of it. Like I said, he's a dickhead.

William doesn't so much 'do as he's told'. It's more a case of 'being smart enough to do the right thing when you have the responsibility of being part of a Monarchy.' Harry isn't smart enough to get that. He certainly is a party animal, with all the folly and senseless mentality that goes with that role.

And now he has a rift between him and his brother, his family doesn't want anything to do with him anymore, his inheritance of $8 million from his mother has probably been mostly spent, he and his wife have made idiots of themselves using a private jet to go to a climate conference, and he has been forced to move to Africa with the slutty shrew he married so he wouldn't embarrass his family any further. He's gotta love life right now.

You do realize he scored her on the rebound, right? He only went after Meghan after another girlfriend turned down his marriage proposal. The other girlfriend knew what she would be getting herself into with the British royal family, and intelligently said "no." Meghan only married him because he had money, was a royal prince, was famous, the sex was good, and she thought she was going to be a princess with power. Boy did she learn otherwise.

Now Harry gets to leave his absurd royal family and stick with his own little family. If Meghan leaves him they might stay on good terms for the sake of their baby. I'm sure a lot of people are proud of Harry and will stick with him as they see his human side, warts and all.

The "rift" is just tabloid fodder. His inheritance probably hasn't been touched since the government pays his living expenses and is now 50 million. And He's married to a beautiful woman and now has a son.

If there's no rift, how come they moved away to Africa? If he was close to his brother, he'd still be living in England. His wife has been thinking for him ever since she got engaged to him, and that has caused problems ever since.

Harry is actually a royal bastard. Late in Diana's marriage to Charles, they separated and couldn't stand each other anymore, and she had a secret dalliance with the Stablemaster.

Do you have the DNA test results to back up this accusation as opposed to hearsay gossip? Besides, Harry was born 2 years BEFORE Diana began her affair with Major James Hewitt. So based on your accusation, the only logical conclusion is that Major Hewitt must have sent his sperm 2 years into the past and then miraculously inserted it into Diana's uterus.

William does look like Charles (and I feel very sorry for him too), but Harry looks nothing like him.

But it's okay, some friends and my brother gave me the heads-up. They ran a DNA test on Harry, and he is Charles' son, red hair is a recessive trait among the Spencers, apparently that affair between Diana and the stable guy took place 2 years after Harry was born, and he probably got his facial features from a grandparent, so that ends the debate on his paternity.

Harry is still a pathetic loser among the royals, letting an alpha bitch like Meghan drag him around by the balls. Either that, or she emotionally castrated him and now has a leash on him like a dog. Ever since she came on the scene, she's been the one to make all the new, radical choices, and he just follows like a stray dog, begging for scraps from her bed.

Meghan's a pawn of the Epstein Tribe in a looting operation on the Royal Family. Being a high dollar yacht whore working the rich & famous in the Caribbean, all with connections to Epstein, nothing else explains where she is at, other then her handlers have the blackmail leverage as a result of Andrew's escapades, and probably more than that.

There's no way she got here on her own 'talents'.

I can't say I'm really attached to the Royal Family either, but I just find the situation interesting.

As a strong independent woman, why would Meghan need or even want you defending her. And yet, here you are posting on the same forum as I . . . you're pathetic.

There's no way this D-List actress got close to the Royals without some help, she'd of been vetted within an inch of her life before meeting him were the playing field level.

I could see Harry falling for Meg Ryan or Halle Berry in their prime (or whomever the hot Hollywood whores are these days), and that he would go off the rails for one of them. But this girl? What a joke! She doesn't hold a candle to either one.

She's a user (just check with her former friends), she has limited talent (just look at her acting history), she has an interesting history working yachts (among other things), and she's not acting alone (because she's not smart enough).

Useless Hollywood starlets with Narcissistic Personality Disorder are a dime a dozen, this one's a Chess piece.

I'm open to hearing 'facts', but you haven't provided any.

All you have indicated is that you understand that Meghan and Harry are entitled to leave their positions because out of 7.8 billion people on the planet, many don't like them.

That's not a fact, that's irrational.

But, you're most probably a middle class wine mom sitting on your ass, emotional reasoning from drones like you is what the PR flacks are counting on.
