Yeah I heard him say it, and then Joe was like, Ahh ok, so why do you say that?
And Kanye couldn't pin point it, like why it was his calling

Then Joe goes, well why should you be president?
And he had some half arse thought out goals / or were not articulated at all

I stopped it there about 10mins in
