This kid is the most overrated actor out there.

You follow the guy? I hardly hear anyone talk about him. That's probably why his scandals were overlooked as well. Never heard of either until you mentioned it. From what I've heard of him, he seems childish yeah. Stereotypical frat boy mentality. He might be a cool guy though, idk. He does got some charm at Hunger Games interviewing.

Yeah. It seems like Disney and Nickelodeon tween stars are given a harder time about drugs.

It's because the Disney and Nick stars are seen as role models to young girls and their faces are seen on little girls lunch boxes, bookbags, bed sheets, they are sold as dolls, etc.
