i'm not sure exactly what's going on, it could be aging or surgery.
LOL, aging hair and eyebrows?!! are you serious??!! I know that having your hair styled can change your look a tad, but I've never heard of having your eyebrows done differently can make you so different that you don't look the same as you did 5 years ago!!!
We all age, we all like to go to the beauty salon and have little treats so we can feel good, but honestly even when I had mine threaded it didn't change the way my face looked, or made my forehead look tight. I'm not saying she has had it done, but whats the big deal? Lots of women and men have botox now, it seems to be the new manicure except for your face. If she's had it done then so what, like I've said before she won't be the first person and she won't be the last!!
