In this pic, there’s a “line” or demarcation at the top that marks where the chest meets the breasts. This doesn’t happen on real boobs. And real boobs don’t look like flotation devices when lying down. Real ones go completely flat and to the side. Salma’s are real.
It should be pointed out that the scar on her chest was the result of a heart op she'd had as a child, it might factor into why her career as a topless model didn't last. In some photos they airbrush it out, while others leave it in.
