He never said. He was saying that Kristen Wiig wanted the sex scene to be realistic so she offered him to have sex with her. It was a hilarious interview. I hope you get to see it.

When he mentioned the make-up, the scene in IT Crowd popped into my head where he has lipstick on... Made me laugh even more :P
