You have to accept that YOU are not the authority for what is inherently good or bad to do to your body. In fact..you are not an authority on ANYTHING. Nobody thinks like you. Nobody in the entire world would rather have YOUR life than their own. Not even the starving kids in war torn countries would trade their lives with yours.
