shareWell being In the public's eye since the tender age of 13/14 ....id say yes maybe she is very confident.
I do however think she tries too hard to get attention and prove to everyone that's she's grown up from her Disney Channel days. All her past antics are unessesary! I do applaud her for finally branching out of that twerking phase she had going on in 2013.
