If you want to see that racism and prejudice is alive and well...

Look no farther than Jennette's social media pages...

Anyway, there is a thing between her and Andre Drummond of the Pistons over social media. They haven't said they are dating or anything so who knows what 100% is going on. Anyway there were comments here and there and then. She posted a picture of her and him on Instagram yesterday, cue racists.

See I live in the South so I see this crap on the regular. White girl even talks to a black guy and every steteotype, cliche comment, assumption, and racist BS comes out. And its from both sides.

You have the white people and surprisingly other races that just spew hate. They haven't even said they are dating but every vile sexual sterotype has been said and things like "shame" and "we don't want you back". The worst is people putting "Brazzers" its bad because what it applies and because Jennette still has a young fan base. Brazzers if you don't know is a porn site network, its caters to everyone but I guess its said because they have interracial stuff.

Then you have the other side. While the first group is hateful in a racist way because of his skin color these are celebratory in a racist, dismissive, sexist, mysoginistic way torwards Jennette because of her skin color.

It all comes down to each person on both sides being ignorant asses with bare minimum intelligence. Its a fact that the more intelligent you are the more tolerant and open to things you are. No one is born with these thoughts and action in their DNA, it is all taught by imbeciles and cowards to kids. These people are usually parents and family members, if you Jae any prejudice it is because you were raised badly and were not intelligent enough to make your own opinion and rise above the trash that taught you it.

Take me for example, my dad is prejudice as *beep* and my mom had some intolerance passed onto her by religion. Both are good people they just couldn't take that next step in mental evolution that makes you rise about the other unenlightened.

That being said I rose above it and am better than them. I hold no prejudice on people for something they can't control.

Pretty much what Im saying is racism is alive and well and if they do hook up and you have a actual problem its because you are unintelligent and you were raised or taught wrong at some point in your life by a *beep* person.

I have no white guilt and Im not religious and not intolerant of it either.

Also I lived near and hung around DC and Baltimore. Trust me, where you're from is Mayberry compared to Baltimore. Also how does any of what you said have to do with this topic?

They aren't prejudice against them for what they did, only there respective skin colors.

As far as you carrying around a gun, I get that. I also get that Im probably one of the first you'd pull it on. You are talking about criminals. Guess what, Im a criminal, all those people that scare you I've done worst than them to a extent. Its not racist to hate a criminal unless you make it about race.

"White Guilt" that's only a word used by intolerant people. I don't even get the religion thing?

Also I have biker family and hang with hardcore bikers. They are a lot more violent and vile than anyone you have ever met.

RickEL811, I have met astounding white people and astounding black people in my life, I'm sad to understand that you have not come across any well mannered "blacks" that can help overlook your thoughts on an entire race.
My God have I met some ignorant white people in my life but how can I hold that against an entire race, I've met ignorant black people too and I know that those people should only be held accountable for themselves, maybe their families but not their entire race.

Good on you, some real *beep* was said here.

Black people can be fine, and they can also be some of the most despicable people ever. It's pretty simple, poor people are on average going to end up resorting to crime during their lives, majority of the black population doesn't come from any sort of money on average as often as whites do for obvious reasons, so there are far more dirt poor blacks making up a lot of the black American population. But what's special in particular about black people is that their culture reinforces macho stereotypes to a huge degree. I listen to a lot of rap music and experience that culture and I enjoy the macho-ness, I like to hear trap music, people talking about home robberies, cooking crack, killing snitches, it's interesting and entertaining and I've met these types of people before, it ain't for me personally, they're not all 100% bad or 0% good and they're definitely an interesting bunch but I don't approve of any of it and I'm not influenced by it, but if I was young, poor, hopeless and confused and so much of my people's popular cultural influence glorified crime and violence, of course I'd gravitate towards it. Plus, it's easy money.

So yeah, in a way, looking at blacks as being likely to be *beep* isn't anymore racist than looking at scraggly disheveled people as being likely drug addicts. It doesn't mean that ALL black people are criminals, just like it doesn't mean all scraggly disheveled people are drug addicts (they could have mental illnesses, be homeless, or just weird, who knows) but the odds are obviously stacked one way. And if you actually live somewhere rough you'll keep your guard up.

If you've ever lived in ghetto areas, and actually INTERACTED with "lowlifes" drug dealers, thugs, whatever, so on, they don't see it as racist even if they're black themselves, when you live in a dangerous area you watch your back you don't have time to examine actions from a distance with a microscope and conclude racism. I've heard more black guys from Oakland call other black dudes N------R's than I've heard from whites. Oh, and I was one of those 'white guilt' people when I lived in a tiny town with about 10 black people total (who were totally nice) and my idea of blacks came from civil rights movement movies involving the KKK and other sad stories of violence against families.

Once you live with them enough, you won't give a *beep* about 'name calling' them because it's no worse than calling people crackers, gingers, spics, beaners, jews (as though an offensive term in itself) and so on and so on and that *beep* still goes on with far less 'RACISM!!!' response.

People have a frequent tendency to confuse race/ethnicity and culture. They are two different things, but they are nearly always associated together. A lot of bigotry is b/c people automatically figure a person of a certain racial or ethnic background MUST come from a certain culture or upbringing. Stereotypes do have a root basis, but to assume all stereotypes are true is foolhardy.
