I see this kind of post on almost every board. How can you take this seriously? It's just another idiot trying to use any excuse to discredit him.

On one hand you do have you have a point.
I too have seen messages like this on other Max message boards and it could be people trying to discredit him, yes.
But on the other you see the same messages on other Max message boards and groups.
So rather than saying there is this whole giant anti-Max conspiracy going on to discredit his public image and personal rep, why not agree that some people have their off days?
You also have to figure that the people who said he was a dick were people who went to school with him.
It would kind of make sense if he was a dick to people at school if they were giving him hell for being in kid movies like The Pacifier and Catch that Kid.
Calling him gay because a 17 year old kid they know is playing the part of a blonde kid with emotional problems caused from trying not to deal with his dads death.
The public has an open mind to that stuff but people in private or people who know him and just plain don't like him are liable to give him *beep* using his career as ammunition.
So if kids he knew at school call him that I can understand why.

I personally have no experience dealing with this guy. I've never even seen any of his movies so I'm coming from an absolutely neutral standpoint. I just thought I'd share some information that was passed on to my by people whom I both trust and respect. This is multiple, different sources by the way. Unfortunately I don't have any details... I could try and get some if people are interested, but I guess not judging by the overwhelmingly negative response to my initial post. I personally like getting insight into actor's actual personalities, which is why I felt compelled to share this information. I guess not everyone feels the same way though.
