If he launches a nuke anywhere, it could trigger a response from all other nuclear nations, ending the world!! If so, billions around the world will curse Putin's name!!

I truly truly believe that there is a strong chance, a really strong change that the people who are in charge of pushing the button will just simple won't obey his orders and revolt

Who or what would actually launch the nukes in a full exchange? People, or automated machines? I'm honestly not sure how that sort of thing works.

I'm thinking of the scenarios like in movies like WarGames, but back then it was the cold war and the vehemently opposed ideologies of the USA and the USSR, but this time it would basically be a deranged madman against the rest of the world, or at least most of the rest of the world, anyway.

The West should be looking for ways to negotiate a peaceful solution. Instead, we seem to be ratcheting it up at every turn. It’s like people see this as a chance to punish Putin for his interference in US elections. There was Ukraine negotiating alone with Russian a couple days ago. Not a single Western country tried to assist. Too busy salivating over more weapons and hostilities. Let’s say everything goes the way of Ukraine and 25,000 Russians are killed, their economy collapses and Putin is assassinated in a putsch. That would be a calamity of instability for a country with the world’s largest nuclear arsenal. It probably makes the use of such weapons even more likely. It is insane that NOT A SINGLE WESTERN LEADER is addressing how dangerous this is. And who will then be called upon to rebuild Ukraine? Not China, the richest country in the world, I assure you
