What is your perception of Putin?

I've heard some people call him a "faceless bureaucrat", while others have said he projects "machismo". I'm interested in how you perceive him.

He seems like a cold and calculated psychopath to me.

If western mainstream media tells you someone is a bad guy, it's a safe bet that said "bad guy" is doing something right.
