Apparently Josh got some new ink recently. What are your thoughts? Now, I do enjoy tattoos on guys, but I'm not sure how much I'm liking this one... seems kinda random. But hey, maybe it holds a very special meaning to him haha

It's illegal for anyone under 16 to get a tattoo. You can only get one at 16 if you're emancipated from your parents and or if they sign off for it. So I don't think he got a tattoo at 13 or 14.
