Just me who thinks he blows most "superhero" actors out of the water?

So Daredevil is obviously a Netflix show. He most likely doesn't get paid a lot (well I'm pretty sure he didn't for the first season anyway).

Then you get all the actors who have played superhero roles in the hugely promoted Blockbuster movies released in summer. Most likely get paid a huge amount, but IMO most of them are bland. I genuinely think Charlie blows most of those big actors in those big films.

Am I alone in this? He deserves a lot of success. Sticking up for my fellow Brit (or shall I say my fellow "townie" as he grown up three towns away from me). The lads doing very well and it's about time to see more people from the South East of England making it out there.

Great performance in DAREDEVIL. Loved watching him. Made me believe he was really blind. Good going.

Charlie Cox is brilliant! Handsome and talented, I've seen all three actors play the role of Daredevil, he is definitely the front runner! Looking forward to season 3 of Daredevil, as well as, Luke Cage and The Defenders series on Netflix.

As a superhero geek, I think he owns daredevil, great actor to, thought he was brilliant in Boardwalk Empire

You're right that Charlie's performance in Daredevil has set the benchmark quite high for others to follow.
However, the 13 episode Netflix show expands and adds depth to a complex character that would be hard to capture in a 2 hour blockbuster movie.
Plus, given the PG rated nature of most Marvel films I think the soft R rated quality of the show suits the TV medium

No doubt, he set the standard for superheroes imo. Closest for me is Bale, but I think he even outdoes him. I hope we can get at least 7 seasons out of this, I'm hooked.
