It was greet kiss from the LA premiere, I saw it in the livestreaming, Lee was in the middle of an interview and Evie came and they hugged and kissed. The kiss wasn't as long as it looks in the picture.

Eastern ppl like me (maybe OP too) dont give kisses mouth when they greet/ part/ congratulate etc, gay or bi or normal, we juat dont. Cheek maybe, but never lips. That's why I can see why OP asked because we can't wrap our heads on what kind of headspace/ mindset ppl were on when they kiss ppl who are NOT their love interest.
And pls dont say that Lee's gay, no one knows about the truth on that, and pls dont make it (at least the way u worded it make it sounds like it's) a fact
American celebs have always been pretty tactile and over the past 10+ years they gotten more so. Men hug each other and they always give air kisses and sometimes people who are just platonic friends kiss on the lips like they did. It's not a big deal.
