Now I ask you a question. Wisconsin is an open carry state. I happen to find myself in a riot while my firearm is visible. All hell is breaking loose! The looting, burning, etc. is supposedly being done by humans but more like savage dogs doing the wreckage. There’s a gun shot somewhere. All of a sudden the rioting no account thugs notice I have a firearm. They come after me, throwing projectiles at me, attempting to take my weapon. You are saying I don’t have a self-defense right to shoot the bastards?

I RETURN TO WHY WAS THIS 17 YEAR OLD KID THERE WITH AN ASSAULT RIFLE TO BEGIN WITH?...I FEEL NO REMORSE FOR THE DEAD NOR HATRED FOR THE KID...I JUST FIND HIS ACTIONS PRE SCUFFLE TO BE HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE.

#1…An AR-15 is not an assault rifle. It’s a semi-automatic firearm which is the same as semi-automatic handguns. My Taurus .380 handgun is the same as the AR-15.
#2…He was asked to help guard the Car Source businesses just as owners did during the Rodney King riots.
#3…What actions did he take other than putting out fires which royally pissed off pedophile Rosenbaum. The kid didn’t do anything which warranted attacks against him.

Maybe he shouldn’t have, but I think he handled himself correctly. You forget he’s the age of military recruits. I have a feeling he would best a lot of them. He handled his gun correctly. He respected it, knowing it was a deadly weapon. He had sense of mind to keep it in his possession. He didn’t aim it unless it was necessary.
