Is there any actor more beautiful than him?
I really don't think so. Chris is drop dead gorgeous and stunning in every way. Very much perfect.

shareRyan Gosling in my opinion, but sure he is one of the most beautiful actors.
shareHenry Cavill.
shareAre you a man or a woman? I ask this because I'm a straight guy and I agree with you, but hearing comments from women makes me think they have different (incomprehensible to me) preferences. The difference in perspective is obvious when I think about it - looking at another guy I think purely of aesthetics in the same way I'd judge the looks of a car or a building while women and gays judge in a more sexual manner.
Are women kind of intimidated by such near-perfect looking guys like Cavill? Are the little quirks and facial asymmetries cute? Maybe that's the answer. I've also met plenty of guys who didn't like young Angelina Jolie or Sharon Stone which I suppose is for the similar reasons. They, just like Cavill, don't have that "cute girl/guy from the neighbourhood" look which Gosling and Hemsworth have.
I always thought young Mickey Rourke was practically perfect.
I think both men and women seem to agree about Mickey Rourke in his younger years pretty much being male masculinity perfected (photos for those who don't remember how handsome he used to be):

I think the reason Cavill isn't quite as high is because he lacks some of the more sensitive charms of guys like Ryan Gosling or young Mickey Rourke.
There's that brief element of softness (or dare I say, femininity) that they exude that makes them seem more compassionate or embracing towards a woman.
I think Rourke -- unlike Gosling -- also had that machismo and outgoing edge that made him seem a lot more dangerous (because he literally was) than Gosling, and so guys wanted to be him and women wanted to be with him. Being a real life boxer/martial artist and having looks anyone would kill for helped complete the package.
It was the perfect marriage of romance-novel quality looks and charm, yet with street-grime rough edges that made him both sensitive and masculine in equal measure.
I think Cavill lacks a bit of the edge that Rourke had, while also lacking a bit of the more naturally sensitive charisma that people like Hemsworth, Gosling, and Rourke contained. But a lot of times that kind of sensitivity is also borne out of some past hurt or pain (which was especially prevalent in Rourke's case).
