I find this entire idea stupid (unless you're talking about one of those people with a hormone disorder who literally stopped growing as children). But even disregarding that, have you not seen her ass? It's damn thicc especially for an otherwise petite white woman. Her boobs may be small, but small boobs are completely normal and common in adult women. Her body is in no way 'underdeveloped'.
