He's starting to look middle aged

I always saw him as Loki, and Loki looks young, like mid-20s.

So I was shocked to see him looking almost middle aged when he arrived in Australia.

I was like "who is this older guy Taylor is with"?

He is turning 36 in Feb, so just 4 years off 40, and this is the age when most men start to transition to their "middle aged look". It's also when a lot of actors careers dry up as a result, especially those who have built their career playing young characters.

Actors like Leonardo Dicaprio and Jake Gyllenhaal seem to have known of this trap and started playing characters much older in their 20s.

My advice to Tom, save every penny you have!

I've only seen him play british parts. Can he do the yank accent?

Watch I saw the light. He played Hank Williams the country singer. He also played F. Scott Fitgerald in Midnight in Paris and used an American accent.

You know he's been in a lot of theatre, and non-Hollywood blockbuster films/TV? He has played a lot of serious roles, with a lot of gravitas.
I'm not a huge fan but I really enjoyed 'The Night Manager'.
It would be worth checking out that he has had quite a varied career.
