No idea? The number one task of her job was to make sure safety precautions were always followed when guns were in use. It was her responsibility to know exactly what all of the guns were loaded with at all times, and to make sure it was never, under any circumstances, live rounds. Somebody is dead, and another person seriously injured, because of her incompetence and/or negligence.

Ideation is not the issue, that is not the job. You have to assume that every time an armorer's back is turned someone is doing something wrong or criminal. She was not a professional - and Alec Baldwin was an Exective/Producer on this insane set and was responsible for shutting down the set when the union walked out.

He should get as much or more of a sentence because he was partially negligent in hiring her and keeping the filming going. And someone on that set is probably a deliberate murderer to put live ammo in a gun like that.

Tragic, and justice should be served.
