shareWhen we were watching his wedding to Catherine on tv, I asked mom why he didn't get hair treatments to cover up that bald spot, and she said that the entire world would be talking about it if he did. He's apparently following the Queen's mantra of never getting extensive beauty treatments, and going with the idea that the world should have to accept him for who he is, rather than a fake with vanity issues.
