I just have to ask that how thin people do you hang around usually? She doesnt seem to have any extra weight on her. I dont understand people who even say such thing about normal weight girls who dont look like skeletons.

Well, she isn't FAT -- but you CAN see the extra weight in her face and body (she tried to compensate for it in her dress on HIMYM, but it was still quite apparent).
