A random, honest thought

Watching 2Fast on spike right now. Normally celebrity deaths don't really get me thinking at all beyond the initial rest in peace. But sitting here watching this now, over a year after his accident, I find that there is truly an empty feeling there. Obviously I didn't know Paul Walker aside from watching his movies, but it feels like it could have been someone I knew. Something about his films, specifically the earlier ones, just have a good vibe about them. Maybe it's because they give me a massive dose of nostalgia, but they just induce a contented feeling while watching them. The first two F&F, Joyride, Bobby Z, Running Scared, Varsity Blues, and more I can't remember right now. Just brings a such a feel of awesome times past that the sense of loss almost feels personal.

Don't know why I'm posting this. It just never dawned on me that more than a year after someone I didn't know passed away it could still truly bum me out.

I watched it yesterday on Spike too...

I love his distinctive walk...

It's sad watching 2F2F or any movie he's in because all I can think about is how he was burned to death...great looking guy, seemed very happy go lucky and it's just sad that he was killed in such a violent manner...

"You're going to need a bigger boat"

reply

He was pigeon toed.

Who wouldn't be happy go lucky being a millionaire and having that kind of power.

reply

Here let me try and help your pain.

You think had it been opposite he would be thinking about you?

He wouldn't be posting about you or getting bummed out about it.

You upset about a millionaire whose grandkids won't have to work for the rest of thier lives.

Meanwhile Everytime you watch his movies you paying his daughters bills.

Still bummed out?

reply

That feeling of emptiness is probably caused by Walker's distinct lack of acting prowess.

You are a real ***hole. Moneg doesnt say *beep* about character. You are the selfish oerson for thinking that. I met Michael Rooker, who plays Yondu in Guardians of the Galaxy, and he was the nicest person I have ever met.
Someone who is poor can be a douche just like someone who is rich can be down to earth.

reply

Well said.

reply

Thank you.

It's nice to see another that is awake.

As you can see even in death these celebrities command respect from the sheepele.

So much so they're actually soldiering up for them.

When we both know of it were reversed that wouldn't be the case.

reply

Exactly.

However they're never going to face the truth.
