Personally, I loved Running Scared (2006).
Try to exclude the FF saga.

I'm not good with the advice. Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment?

I'll be honest, I've only seen two of his movies that aren't affiliated with F&F, and that's "She's All That" and "Hours" - so if we're excluding the FF franchise, I'll go with Hours and She's All That, but FF series wins for his best work hands down.

I love them ALL...However excluding FF..I'd have to say into the blue!

Probably say Running Scared (2006) but Into The Blue (2005) as a close second.
