Just read 'Carnivore'

I just read the Wachowski Brothers's unproduced horror screenplay 'Carnivore'. It's very good, very creepy, and guess what? It actually scared me. Anyone else read it? If so, what did you think of it?

What is the basic story? I was going to read the script, but I tend to take caution when I don't know the basic idea behind the film.
