Will it affect his carreer?

I iamagine the average Hollywood producer will be deterred to work with him now. Im not saying there's anything good or bad or amazing or barave or any thing - im not saying anything - I just am curious how the film industry will treat Lily when they know what he looked like before the operation and how he acted and how completely different he must act, look and sound now. Changing your gender has to make a big difference to the way people treat and see you, how they think of you and the way they act around you, right?

I'd just like to stress I'm not trying make any comments on transgenderism - just the way people will treat the Wachowskis now that both of them have changed their gender.
