shareHelmet does not make you bulletproof. We don't know what he died of in terms of injuries - could be broken neck/back/severed head/etc.

You cant know that for sure. Schumacher was wearing a helmet and suffered permanent brain damage. Yes he survived but he might as well be dead. And I wouldnt call not wearing a helmet "reckless" either. Skiers that dont go off piste dont usually wear them.

No autopsy. No further investigation. Public statement of no idea if collision or fall killed him. Helmet nor speed nor reckless skiing a factor. Nobody's fault.
I smell cover-up protecting a French star's image since he bears responsibilty for not wearing a helmet.
