Congress can still block Trump from going into office.

14th Amendment. Section 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Trump only has another few weeks left in which to alienate more of Congress so that they reject those electoral votes cast for Trump. If neither candidate has the required 270 or more electoral votes, then the House of Representatives selects the president per the 12th Amendment. https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-12/

I think this is unlikely and Trump will be elected on the 6th and sworn in on the 20th.

Silliest insurrection, ever. A bunch of 2A supporters, and the only person shot to death was one of the "insurrectionists." If they come armed to the teeth, you'll have yourself an insurrection. As it is, the bomb explosion in '83 to protest US military in Lebanon and Granada was more of an actual insurrection.

Yes, the MAGA were too stupid to pull it off. Even a stupid insurrection is an insurrection.

A vote for gun grabber Trump is a very poor way to support the 2nd Amendment. Wouldn't you agree?
